Communicating for Safety

Tactical Communication & Persuasive Authority Training

Want to feel stronger when you are confronted with an angry person?
Do you ever wish you would have handled a tough situation differently?
Do you feel like you should have de-escalation training to do your job effectively?

TacCom is the humanizing art of persuasive cooperation, rather than the de-humanizing practice of competitive coercion. In this training, you will get hands-on skills you can use at work, in relationships and with hard situations so you can feel more confident and persuasive.

The Downtown Chico Business Association (DCBA) will be hosting a variety of trainings throughout the year. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram or visit our website for more information.
